國民黨主席朱立倫決心「換柱」，遭在野黨質疑涉及利益交換，違反《總統副總統選罷法》，民進黨立委陳亭妃、陳其邁昨委由助理赴北檢遞狀告發。

洪秀柱前天親上火線召開記者會，表明拒絕接受任何交換，即使以搭檔、資源勸退也不會動搖，陳亭妃、陳其邁緊咬此說，認定朱立倫恐以金錢、職務等資源，作為洪改任副手或退選對價。

陳其邁說，「搓圓仔湯」屬行為犯，不是結果犯，只要朱立倫涉及交付不當利益就違反《總統副總統選罷法》，屆時連參選資格都沒有，呼籲檢調立即發動搜索、保全證據，並點名檢察總長顏大和不應坐視「史上最大搓圓仔湯事件」不管。
